About RNDC
Republic National Distribution Company (RNDC), headquartered in Grand Prairie, Texas, is a leading national beverage distributor serving the wine and spirits industry. The company has built its reputation through supplier partnerships, customer service, and the work of more than 10,000 employees across its footprint. RNDC operates in the District of Columbia and 38 states, helping suppliers connect with on- and off-premise customers, strengthen brand presence, and reach consumers through dependable distribution support. Its work is guided by a clear goal: to be a valuable partner to the suppliers, customers, associates, and communities it serves.
Roots and Formation
RNDC’s history comes from the legacy of three long-standing, family-owned distributors that began as smaller, relationship-focused businesses. Each company grew by serving customers closely, supporting suppliers, and maintaining a practical commitment to trust and service. As their operations expanded, their shared values and similar business philosophies made a combined future a natural step. This background helped shape RNDC into an organization grounded in experience, partnership, and family-driven leadership while giving it the scale needed to support a wider national market.
Growth Within the Industry
In 2007, Republic Beverage Company and National Distributing Company officially joined to form RNDC, bringing together decades of experience and strong supplier networks. The merger created a larger national organization while preserving the service-minded culture that supported the original businesses. With roots that extend back before Prohibition, RNDC continues to operate within the three-tier system while adapting to modern market needs. Today, the company serves across local, national, digital, and direct-to-consumer channels, reflecting a balance between industry tradition and practical innovation.
